MyChart
We encourage all patients to establish a MyChart account. You can use MyChart to send non-urgent messages or questions to your physician, check on appointments and to view test results.
If you do NOT have a NM MyChart account, an activation code will be supplied to you after your first visit with Internal Medicine Associates.
If you prefer, you can activate a NM MyChart account without an activation code by going to https://myc.nm.org/MyChart and click the button that says “I don’t have an access code”. If you need further assistance, call the MyChart Help Desk 312-926-HELP.
